A new generation of smartphone could make its way to the US, but the company that’s most excited about it isn’t Samsung.
The US-based Samsung Group is pushing its newest phone, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, for the first time in its history.
Samsung’s Galaxy Note line was introduced in 2017, and while the flagship device isn’t going to compete with the iPhone and Android phones in the US market, it has the potential to become a massive competitor to those phones.
The Galaxy Note was introduced with an eye toward making the phone a serious contender for the smartphone wars in the West.
It’s a smartphone that will offer up some truly exceptional specs, including a 5.5-inch display, a 1.8GHz quad-core Snapdragon 810 processor, and the latest 3G/4G network technology.
The Note Edge has a much larger battery than the Galaxy S5, which will allow it to hold its own against the iPhone 8 Plus and the Samsung Pixel 2 XL.
While we’re not sure if the Galaxy Note 9 will be the most exciting handset of 2017, we’re excited to see what Samsung has in store for us.
And we don’t have to wait long to see if that’s the case.
